There are 3 types of tickets for Jackson Galaxy's Cat Camp:
- General Admission: Entrance to the event, shopping center, and the fun breakout events.
- Presentation Pass: All of the perks of General Admission PLUS the ability to attend the special presentations on that day.
- Meet & Greet Tickets: Meet your heroes (and they are AMAZING). Meet & Greets do not include admission to the event unless specified, but event tickets are not necessary to go to the Meet & Greet as they are held on separate floors.
Important Notes:
- Hours for the event are 10 am - 6:30 pm on Saturday, May 5 and 10:00 am - 6:30 pm on Sunday, May 6.
- All tickets must be ordered online and cannot be purchased over the phone or via email. Tickets will be available to purchase at the door, subject to availability.
- Prices do not include taxes or other fees, which will be added upon checkout.
- Children under 6 may attend for free but must attend with an adult who has purchased an adult ticket. Discounted shopping tickets are available for children between 6-12. No discounted all-access or meet & greet tickets are available. All children under 15 must have an adult with them while at Cat Camp, especially when in contact with cats.
- Tickets are refundable through April 27, 2018, subject to a fee. Any requests for refunds after this date will not be accommodated.
- Any guest who attempts to bring in a cat or any other animal will be turned away at the door and will not be given a refund.
